This is the simple version of the process. What happens first, what we handle for you, what you need to do on your side, and how the campaign gets from idea to launch.

ArgusReach is done for you, not do-it-yourself software.

We handle the heavy lifting, but there are a few setup steps on your side before outreach goes live. Once that is done, the process becomes very hands-off.

Strategy call, agreement, and intake

We start with a strategy call to make sure there is a fit. If it makes sense to move forward, we send the agreement, the agreement and your intake form.

Dedicated outreach email setup

You create a dedicated outreach email

This is a separate sending account for outreach, usually through Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. It keeps your main inbox separate and protects your day-to-day email.

You keep control of the address

Generate an app password and share it through the secure setup process. We do not ask for your normal login password.

Your IT team adds a few DNS records

We provide the records. Your IT person or whoever manages your domain adds them. If you do not have an IT person, we are happy to walk you through it. This helps make sure your outreach lands properly and not in spam.

We build your campaign around your intake

Once we have your intake and email setup moving, we build the campaign around your business, your positioning, and the type of people you want to reach.

We write your outreach sequence

We turn your intake into a customized outreach sequence written in your voice. This is not a generic template blast.

You review and approve it

Nothing goes out without your approval. You can review the sequence, request edits, and make sure it sounds right before launch.

You connect your calendar

We make sure interested prospects can book directly onto your calendar once the campaign is live.

Warmup and launch

Your outreach email warms up in the background

Before live outreach starts, the email account goes through a warmup period. This helps protect deliverability and gets the account ready for sending.

We wait until everything is ready

We do not launch early. DNS, warmup, sequence approval, calendar connection, and billing all need to be in place first.

Campaign goes live

Once everything is ready, the campaign launches and outreach begins from your dedicated sending account on a natural schedule.

Reply handling and meetings

Once the campaign is live, Argus handles the day-to-day flow so you are only pulled in when it matters.

What happens after launch

We monitor, sort, and handle the response flow for you

  • Every reply is monitored and categorized
  • Interested prospects are answered and directed to book time on your calendar
  • Not now and unsubscribe responses are handled appropriately
  • You step in for warm conversations, not cold inbox management
  • On Growth and Scale plans, AI voice follow-up can kick in after the email sequence for prospects who have not replied

Ongoing monthly management

Argus is not a one-time setup. Campaigns continue to refresh over time with new prospects, ongoing management, and reporting.
