How It Works
We build and run a done-for-you outbound system for your firm. That means: finding your ideal prospects, writing personalized emails in your voice, sending them from your email address, managing follow-up, handling replies, and routing interested prospects to your calendar. You fill out a 10-minute intake form and then show up to the meetings we book.
No. Everything goes out from your name, your email address, your firm. The emails are written in your voice after we learn how you communicate. ArgusReach is never mentioned. As far as the prospect is concerned, they received a thoughtful email from you personally.
After your intake form is submitted, we handle everything - ICP research, list build, sequence writing, and setup. Before any emails send, your outreach address goes through a 2–3 week warmup period that builds its sending reputation so emails land in the inbox, not spam. This runs automatically in the background while everything else is being finalized. Most clients are live within 2-4 weeks, with first replies and meetings following shortly after launch. The 3-month minimum exists because that's how long it takes to see real, optimized results - not because setup is slow.
Here's everything you'll actually need to do:
One time at the start: • Fill out the intake form (~10 minutes) - defines your target market and voice • Create a dedicated outreach email on your domain, e.g. james.k@yourfirm.com (~10 minutes) • Forward DNS setup instructions to whoever manages your domain - they add 3 records, usually done in under 20 minutes • Provide an app password for the new inbox via a secure one-time link (~5 minutes) • Connect your calendar to your booking page (~5 minutes) • Review your email sequences before launch (~20–30 minutes)
Ongoing: Show up to the meetings we book. Review the monthly performance report (~5 minutes). That's it.
Yes - always. We share every sequence with you for review before launch. You can edit anything. The sequence doesn't launch until you sign off on it.
For replies: every response we draft goes to you for approval before it sends. We never reply on your behalf without your explicit confirmation. You review the draft, approve it, and it goes out. This is how we work with every client - not an optional add-on.
We classify every reply. Interested prospects get routed to your booking link automatically. "Not now" replies get logged with a follow-up date. Unsubscribe requests are honored immediately and the contact is added to your do-not-contact list. You get notified of hot replies within the hour. Anything unusual or sensitive gets escalated to you directly - no auto-response in those cases.
Compliance & Legal
We don't make any investment performance claims, mention specific securities, or make any regulated representations in the outreach. Every email is a professional introduction - equivalent to a cold call or a referral introduction, which are both compliant for RIAs. You review and approve all content before it goes out, which means you're in control of what's said under your name. We also recommend running the sequence templates by your compliance team before launch - we make this easy by providing a clean document for review.
Yes. B2B email outreach to business professionals is legal and standard practice. We build CAN-SPAM compliance into every sequence: every email includes a clear way to opt out, we honor unsubscribe requests immediately, every email identifies the sender, and no deceptive subject lines are used. Our service agreement outlines compliance responsibilities in detail.
We never let that happen. During intake, you provide a do-not-contact list - existing clients, referral partners, competitors, anyone off-limits. You can list individual email addresses or entire domains (e.g. smithlaw.com to block everyone at that company). Before any campaign launches, your prospect list is automatically cross-referenced against this list and any matches are removed. You will never accidentally send a cold "let me introduce myself" email to someone you already work with.
Results & Expectations
Results vary by vertical, offer quality, and market - and we won't fabricate numbers here. What we can tell you: every month, you'll get a full activity summary showing exactly how many contacts were reached, how many replied positively, and how many meetings were booked. We optimize based on real performance, not projections. If something isn't working, we tell you and change it.

Pricing & Logistics
The initial onboarding covers everything required to get your campaign live: email sequence writing (all 3 touches, written specifically for your firm and voice), DNS record generation for your sending domain, and full systems configuration. Your prospect list is built fresh each month from your target ICP using verified data - that's included in your monthly plan.
You complete onboarding when you sign - that's what kicks off the work. Monthly billing doesn't start until your campaign goes live. That means the 2–3 week warmup period, DNS setup, and any back-and-forth on sequences happen before the clock starts on your subscription. You're never paying a monthly fee for time spent waiting on technical setup. Once your campaign launches, billing begins and your 3-month term starts.
Outbound takes time to compound. Month 1 is full-volume launch. Month 2 generates real performance data. Month 3 is optimized based on what's actually working. Clients who quit after 30 days leave before the system has had time to work - and we've both wasted the setup investment.

Second, monthly billing doesn't start until your campaign is live - so you're never paying for time spent waiting on DNS or warmup. After the initial term, it's month-to-month with 30 days notice.
Yes - a dedicated outreach email on your domain (e.g., james.k@yourfirm.com). This keeps outreach volume separate from your main inbox and protects your primary email's deliverability. You create the address yourself (takes about 10 minutes), and we send you the DNS records to forward to whoever manages your domain - most IT teams add them in under 20 minutes. Your main inbox is never accessed or affected.
Local markets don't get exhausted as quickly as you'd expect. A few reasons: fresh contacts enter your target market every month - new practices open, staff changes happen, people move into roles that fit your ICP. We pull a fresh verified list each month, so you're always reaching new people.
As the campaign matures, we also expand targeting if needed - additional titles, adjacent industries, or wider geography. And the people who said "not now" in month one are a different conversation in month six. We track reply history and flag re-engagement opportunities in your monthly report.
Yes. After the initial 3-month term, you can adjust your plan at any monthly renewal with 7 days notice. Most clients start on Starter and upgrade to Growth once they see the system working.
