Who we are

Argus AI ("we," "us," or "our") helps small and mid-size businesses put AI to work with custom software that handles recurring computer work. We are based in the Tampa Bay area and work mainly with owner-led teams. The site is www.argusreach.com. For questions about this policy, contact us.

What information we may collect

We keep this as light as we can. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact details you send us: name, email, company, phone, and whatever you write in a form, email, or message
• Booking details: if you schedule a call through Calendly (or a similar tool), that service may collect your name, email, and meeting notes
• Project information: business context you share so we can scope or build the work (tools you use, workflows, sample files, and so on)
• Basic site data: our host or a simple analytics tool may collect things like pages viewed, approximate location, browser type, and referring site. We do not run heavy tracking stacks on purpose

We do not ask for payment card numbers on this site. If billing is handled by a payment provider later, that provider processes the card data. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

• To reply to inquiries and book calls
• To deliver the work you hired us for
• To keep records of projects and invoices where needed
• To improve the site in a basic way (what pages get visited)

We use your information to run this business with you, not to build marketing lists from people who never asked to hear from us.

AI systems and client data

Project work may involve third-party AI model providers. When that happens, we use their enterprise or business offerings where appropriate for the engagement. How your material is handled for training, retention, encryption, and related security or compliance controls is governed by those providers' enterprise agreements and policies, not by a separate Argus AI certification. We do not claim the providers' certifications (such as SOC 2) as our own.

Where you prefer, you may use your own paid accounts with those providers, or we can perform work on systems you control, so your data remains in your environment under your agreements. We will discuss the setup that fits your comfort level before sensitive material is used.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information
• We do not rent or trade your contact details
• We do not use this site for cold outbound prospecting campaigns

Cookies and analytics

The site may use basic cookies or similar tech from our host or a simple analytics provider so pages load and we can see rough traffic numbers. If you block cookies in your browser, the site should still work for reading. We are not running ad retargeting pixels as part of this policy.

Third parties

A few tools may process information on our behalf so we can operate:

• Calendly (or a similar booking tool): for scheduling
• Email: messages you send us by email go through our email provider
• Hosting / analytics: whoever hosts the site, and any basic analytics tied to that host

Those providers have their own privacy policies. We only share what is needed for them to do their job, or when the law requires it.

Retention

We keep contact and project information while we are working together, and for a reasonable time afterward for records, follow-up on open work, and legal or accounting needs. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your information earlier. See below.

Your requests

If you want to know what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, contact us. We will respond in a reasonable time. If a third party (like Calendly) holds the copy, we may need to point you there or help escalate.

Security

We take ordinary care with access and accounts. No setup is perfectly secure. If something looks off, contact us.

Changes

We may update this page when the business or the site changes. The date at the top is the latest version. The current copy will live at www.argusreach.com/privacy.
