1. Who We Are

ArgusReach ("we," "us," or "our") provides done-for-you outbound prospecting services to professional services firms. We operate at argusreach.com. Questions about this policy can be directed to vito@argusreach.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in two contexts: from clients who hire us, and from prospects we contact on behalf of our clients.

From clients:

• Business and contact information provided during onboarding (name, company, email, phone)
• Email credentials for dedicated outreach accounts (used solely to send and receive campaign emails)
• Business information used to build and personalize outreach sequences
• Payment information (processed by Stripe - we do not store card data)

From prospects (contacted on behalf of clients):

• Name, email address, company, and job title sourced from business databases
• Reply content when prospects respond to outreach emails

3. How We Use Information

• To deliver outbound prospecting services to clients
• To send outreach emails and manage replies on behalf of clients
• To track campaign performance and provide monthly reports
• To process payments and manage billing
• To communicate service updates and campaign status

4. Prospect Data and CAN-SPAM Compliance

All outreach conducted through ArgusReach complies with the CAN-SPAM Act. Every outreach email includes:

• Clear identification of the sending party
• A valid physical or business address
• A clear and functional opt-out mechanism

Unsubscribe requests are honored immediately and permanently. Opted-out contacts are added to a do-not-contact list and are never contacted again across any campaign.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share client or prospect data with third parties except as required to deliver our services (e.g., email infrastructure providers) or as required by law. Prospect lists built for a client are the property of that client.

6. Data Retention

We retain client data for the duration of the service relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal purposes. Prospect data is retained as long as needed to fulfill do-not-contact obligations. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect client and prospect data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure - if you have security concerns, contact us at vito@argusreach.com.

8. Your Rights

If you have received an email from an ArgusReach campaign and wish to opt out, reply to that email with "unsubscribe" or "remove me" and you will be removed immediately. If you have questions about data we hold about you, contact vito@argusreach.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at argusreach.com/privacy.
